Refund & Return Policy

At Nolan West, we want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your product, please follow the steps below for a replacement or money refund.

If you have received an item in a damaged/defective condition or have been sent the wrong product, you can follow a few simple steps to initiate your return/refund within a maximum period of three (03) days of receiving the order:

  1. Refunds and exchanges will only be offered if the product is incorrectly delivered (product doesn’t match the item in the order confirmation) or has a genuine quality/manufacturing defect or the product is damaged (only inside contents), and possibly in transit.
  2. Email us at info@trucarekidz.com with your order number, date of transaction, unboxing video (mandatory), and images of the wrongfully delivered or defective item (only inside contents) in question.
  3. Our customer care team will look into the issue and revert back within 2 working days.
  4. After receiving the package, we will inspect the same. Once approved as an eligible return by our ‘ quality assurance team ‘, your replacement request will be processed. Your returns issue will be closed within 10 days of our receiving the return package from you.
  5. Refunds are offered to customers through only two different methods mentioned below:
  • Replacement - If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, Nolan West offers a replacement policy. However, you will be responsible for the shipping charges of the replacement product. Please keep in mind that all products must be unused and in their original packaging in order to be eligible for a replacement. If you have removed the tags or washed the product, your order won’t be liable for a replacement.
  • In case, you don’t want to avail the product you have the choice to pick up any other product as a replacement to your product, which was unrepairable, or not in stock.
  • Money Refund - We hope you'll be happy with your purchase, but if not, we're happy to offer a refund. Genuine cases where the product is found defective, not in stock with us to replace, or has manufacturing defects qualify for a full refund in case the customer doesn’t wish to avail store credit or replacement options. Please keep in mind that we do not issue refunds for shipping costs. Additionally, we can only offer a refund if the product is unused and in the original packaging. Refund is accepted and offered under the specified cases which are as follows:
  1. The item to be replaced or returned is not in stock anymore.
  2. Item is unrepairable

Note: We will initiate the refund or replacement process only if the products are received by us in their original packaging with their seals, labels, and barcodes intact.

Terms & Conditions of  Refund:

  • Returns will be subject to 100% quality checks.
  • Post successful Quality Check report, classifying the product as fresh and resalable, the refund amount of paid amount less 3% processing fees shall be refunded
  • Based on the customer's request, refunds will be made back to the source / or as store credits.

Return Policy of Nolan West

Please note that returns are applicable only on the purchase of product amounting to more than Rs. 2000. The processing fees for reverse logistics and handling charges is 3% of the value of the product or a minimum of Rs. 150/- whichever is higher. The same must be paid by the customer only. 

Terms & Conditions of Return:

  • For returns, the product should be unused/unworn, complete with all original parts, packing material, and labels. 
  • The product should be returned in saleable condition. 
  • No brown or coloured tape is to be used for repacking. 
  • Return request should be raised within 3 days of delivery.
  • Returns won’t be acceptable to the following categories of products.
  1. All distressed category products
  2. Innerwear / Personal care / Oral care products

Nolan West Cancelation Policy

We accept returns for products that are defective or damaged. Please contact us for a return shipping label and we will process your return as quickly as possible. We do not offer refunds for products that are not defective or damaged.

If you need to cancel an order, please contact Nolan West as soon as possible. The following are the only 2 cases of cancellation.

Cancellation Before Shipment (Not valid on orders purchased in Sale Events):

  • We accept returns for products that are defective or damaged. 
  • Please contact us for a return shipping label and we will process your return as quickly as possible. 
  • We do not offer refunds for products that are not defective or damaged.
  • If the order has not yet shipped, we will be happy to cancel your order. 
  • You can cancel the order by writing to our customer support team atus info@trucarekidz.com or 9821942333.
  • In such cases, the order will be cancelled, and the money will be refunded to you within seven (7) working days after the cancellation request is duly processed by us.

Cancellation Post Shipment:

  • If the order has already shipped, we cannot accept any order cancellation post-dispatch of the order.

Conclusion

Our refund and return policy are designed to make your shopping experience as simple and easy as possible. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will happily provide a replacement or refund your money, minus the processing fees. All returns must meet our quality standards in order to be processed. If a return does not meet our standards, the product will be sent back to you at your expense.
